I hereby declare that I am authorised to enter the film in the Festival. The film entered by me does not infringe the rights of third parties. I agree to indemnify and save harmless the Organisers against any claims in respect of such rights.*

Additional information for the Entrant: Having submitted this Entry Form, please send the following to the Organiser's address (Centrum Sztuki Dziecka w Poznaniu, Św. Marcin 80/82, 61-809 Poznań, Poland): - a printout of this entry form with handwritten signature, - a print of the film which has been entered, in the English language version or with English subtitles, on a DVD disc or VHS cassette. The Entrant shall confirm that the film is available for the Festival and send promotional materials within 5 days, after receiving information that the film was selected for the Festival.
