The Entrant authorises the Organisers to use parts of the film (up to 2 minutes for full-length films and up to 30 seconds for short films) for promotional purposes (in printed publications, at the Festival website www.alekino.com and in Festival media reports, including television reports).*
I hereby declare that I am authorised to enter the film in the Festival. The film entered by me does not infringe the rights of third parties. I agree to indemnify and save harmless the Organisers against any claims in respect of such rights.*
I confirm that I have read Festival Regulations and I agree to comply with them. In particular, I authorise the Children's Art Centre in Poznan to make use of the submitted film in accordance with articles 17 and 18 of the Regulations.*

Additional information for the Entrant: Having submitted this Entry Form, please send the following to the Organiser's address (Centrum Sztuki Dziecka w Poznaniu, Św. Marcin 80/82, 61-809 Poznań, Poland): - a printout of this entry form with handwritten signature, - a print of the film which has been entered, in the English language version or with English subtitles, on a DVD disc. In the event of selecting the film for the Festival, by 15 October 2010, the Entrant shall sign a completed Entry Form in accordance with the instructions provided by the Organisers.
